An Evergreen Approach to the Intranet – How to Keep it Relevant?

After rolling out our new MS365 intranet, we have realized that not all users were happy with it. After a deep-dive and a survey have shown the issues for our team to work on, and this approach as proven to be very useful to increase adoption. It also led us to win a Step Two gold medal. Since then, we have been conducting a bi-annual survey to keep the tool relevant and up to date.
