AI in Daily Work – Why, What, How at Deutsche Telekom

As part of a larger company strategy, our Digital@work team has been working closely with the IT team and the AI Competence Centre to introduce AI into the daily lives of the Telekom employees. We have both been rolling out co-pilot to the selected user groups, as well as giving access to our internal GPT companywide. While the use cases are strong, some benefits might not be visible immediately. And of course, the impact on such a large organization is incredible, and change management takes a lot of effort. What are the first results?
